Jamie and Bear's Chocolate Labrador Puppies
 We have new Chocolate Labrador Puppies born October 23rd, 2005
Born:  July 16th, 2002
All of the puppies are with their new families.

Dusty (now Kody) is 15 weeks of age.  He is retrieving on land and water.  See the pictures under "Happy Homes".
Dusty (now Kody) and Luka are pictured outside playing in the wetlands.  They are almost 13 weeks of age on October 13, 2002.

Luka will soon be in his new home with a wonderful family. Luka was the IMF puppy. He is pictured playing in the wetlands on a sunny day, October 13th, 2002.

                        The chocolate labrador puppies are 9 weeks of age.
                                 They love to retrieve on land and water.
                       Pictured below is Dusty retrieving on land and water.

             Bear Junior is pictured below and is available for a great labrador family. 
                       He is 9 weeks of age and is a dynamic retrieving machine!
    Bear Junior is sold effective October 1 and soon will be with his new family.

Bear Junior would rather play and retrieve canvas bumpers than have his picture taken.  He is full of energy and his personality is just like Bear.

Trouble is on the right, a female chocolate soon going to her new  home.

ChocLabPup8-11.jpg (51270 bytes) The puppies are 3 1/2 weeks of age, and love to run and play in their larger play area.  They are eating their blenderized food, have their teeth in and love to be held.  What a joy to play with all of them!

The chocolate labrador puppies pictured below, are growing bigger each day.  They
love to be held and are exercising their lungs - especially in the evening.  A female 
puppy  pictured below, is learning how to sit and walk at the age of 12 days.  Next
week their eyes will be opening.  Enjoy the pictures!

They love to lay close to Jamie and fill their little tummies.  
JamieandNewbornsDay1.jpg (42058 bytes) Jamie and Bear's puppies were born on July 16th, 2002.  All of the 10 puppies - 6 girls and 4 boys are doing very well.  

 The Sire:
Hunts Bear Montana Blue, JH
Bear is not big in size but he is tremendous in Heart.  Talk about retrieving desire, attitude, and willingness to please, he's the very definition of those words.  He's a super powerful, very stocky dog weighing about 75 lbs.  He lives up to his name when he's sent to retrieve.  Bear throws up dirt and rocks when he runs!  He's a dog of muscle, power, and enthusiasm.  His water entry is just like his dads - all air under him till he hits the water.  He could never be in a diving competition because his splash is way-too-big.  He is our chocolate male and a son of FC-AFC-CFC-CAFC Barracuda Blue,MH.  Cuda is the only FC-AFC and high point All-Age chocolate labrador in AKC field trial history, and all amateur handled.  He was also the first and only chocolate labrador to qualify for the National Amateur Field Trials in '96 and '97.

The Dam:
Hunts Jamie Star-Brown, JH

Jamie is a slender, medium sized chocolate female weighing about 70 lbs.  She's a real sweetheart until you start training and then she's
only business - she doesn't need or want any attention as long as 
she is retrieving.  She'll go till she drops - and she's fast.  Jami's 
dam - Gallaghers Murphy Brown, MH is out of the great Haverhill lineage of chocolate labs.  Jami's dam was sired by FC-AFC Mad River Mishmash and her great-grandsire was FC-AFC-CFC-CNAFC Meadow Woods Dusty Roads.  Jamie's sire is NFC-FC-AFC Storm's Riptide Star (Rascal).  Rascal is the only NFC Chocolate labrador in history, renown for high trainability, retrieving desire, looks, temperament, and ability.  Rascal's achievements and pedigree speak for themselves.
