The DAM:
HUNTS MAGNUM FORCE GALE - "Windy"
Windy is a slender, medium sized chocolate female weighing 70
lbs. Windy is all business with hunting and
retrieving, has a great desire to please and focus upon her
commands especially retrieving. She loves to hunt, fast and loves the
water. Her personality is very sweet, loves attention and a real
sweetheart like her dam - Jami. She is our daughter out of Jamie and
FTCH-AFTCH Big Valley's Costa-Lot Shaddow. Shaddow
is the ONLY Field Trial Champion son of the high point chocolate of all time
FTCH-AFTCH Pachanga Magnum Force, the ONLY chocolate ever to be a Canadian Derby Champion
1994 (59 points, 9 wins), and qualified for 7 Nationals. As soon as she is in the house
- she heads for her favorite place on the couch. She
is light-as-a-feather when next to you on the couch or bed. OFA Hip
certification > EXCELLENT and Elbows > Normal (OFA LR-137370E24F-PI, LR-EL20791F24-PI),
Eye CERF > Normal completed Feb 1, 2006, CERF # LR-44888/2006.
Windy Pedigree

The Sire:
HUNTS MONTANA BLUE, JH "Bear"
Bear is not big in size but he is tremendous in Heart. Talk
about retrieving desire, attitude, and willingness to please, he's the very
definition of those words. He's a super powerful, very stocky dog weighing
about 75 lbs. He lives up to his name when he's sent to retrieve.
Bear throws up dirt and rocks when he runs! He's a dog of muscle, power,
and enthusiasm. His water entry is just like his dads - all air under him
till he hits the water. He could never be in a diving competition because
his splash is way-too-big. He is our only chocolate male and a son of
FC-AFC-CFC-CAFC Barracuda Blue, MH. Cuda is the only FC-AFC and high
point All-Age chocolate labrador in AKC field trial history, and all amateur
handled. He was also the first and only chocolate labrador to qualify
for the National Amateur Field Trials in '96 and '97. OFA Hip certification > Good
(OFA LR-108119G24M-T), Eye CERF > LR-27407/2000-25. Bear's
puppies
are
always
bigger
in size than him. Pedigree
Windy's
Dam:
Hunts Jamie Star-Brown, JH
Jamie is a slender, medium sized chocolate female weighing about 70
lbs. She's a real sweetheart until you start training and then she's only
business - she doesn't need or want any attention as long as she is
retrieving. She'll go till she drops - and she's fast. Jami is
retired from breeding and is with our nephew's in Kansas, performing great
with retrieving during hunting season. Jami's dam -
Gallaghers Murphy Brown, MH is out of the great Haverhill lineage of chocolate
labs. Jami's dam was sired by FC-AFC Mad River Mishmash and her
great-grandsire was FC-AFC-CFC-CNAFC Meadow Woods Dusty Roads. Jamie's
sire is NFC-FC-AFC Storm's Riptide Star (Rascal). Rascal
is the only NFC Chocolate labrador in history, renown for high trainability,
retrieving desire, looks, temperament, and ability.
Rascal's achievements and pedigree speak for themselves. OFA Hip
certification > Good (OFA LR-108117G25F-T), OFA Elbow certification
> Normal (OFA LR-EL11298-T), Eye CERF > LR-27405/2000-21.

Windy's Sire:
FTCH-AFTCH BIG VALLEY'S COSTA-LOT
SHADDOW
Shaddow
is a well-proportioned chocolate labrador and weighs 85 pounds. He
has a large blocky head and a thick tail. His coat is very dark
brown. His disposition is excellent, has a wonderful work ethic, he
always tries his best to please and is an outstanding marker.
Shaddow lives in the house in Canada with his owners - Ray and Sherry
Parks. Children are often playing with him in the yard and he is quiet
and calm. Shaddow entertains many guests with his math skills.
He is able to bark the correct answer to simple addition and
subtraction questions.
Shaddow
is the ONLY Field Trial Champion son of the high point chocolate of all time
FTCH-AFTCH Pachanga Magnum Force, the ONLY chocolate ever to be a Canadian Derby Champion
1994 (59 points, 9 wins), and qualified for 7
Nationals. OFA Hip Certification: Good >
(OFA LR-60466G25M-T,) and the Eye CERF > LR-10844/99-74.
MHR
