Hunts Jazz No Fear PZ -A-Cake
Jazz is a very
fine-boned, but tough labrador, of medium size and weighs 65 pounds. Jazz
is a beautiful and picture perfect, double-chocolate female, sired by
AFC, CFC, CAFC Chugach Hills Jazz’s Rascal (OFA-Good). Jazz thrives on
attention and she is highly intelligent with lots of personality and
orneriness. When off-leash, Jazz is always running, never walking, but she is
never out-of-control. She can really cover the ground, much like you’d expect a
pointing dog to do. She is a very focused dog and retrieves with great
enthusiasm. She “listens” better than any other dog we have and she always
wants to please. She is very, very fast and she is the only dog we have that
climbs over a 4-foot chain link fence rather than jumping it. Jazz has the
highest and longest water entry of any of our dogs and one of our training
friends has offered to train her for the long-jump water competition seen on TV.
Jazz's sire AFC, CFC, CAFC Chugach Hills Jazz’s Rascal (OFA-Good) is a large
black male with natural “pointing skills”. Jazz’s grandsire’s were FC,
AFC, CFC, CAFC Jazztime (OFA-Good) and AFC Kelly’s Midnight Trapper
(OFA-Excellent). Her grand dam was Beavercrest Stukagin Blue
(OFA-Normal), GMHR (a pointing lab with Grand Master Hunting Retriever title).
Her dam, Abaco’s Timberidge Mayaguana, SH (OFA-Good), is a Senior Hunter,
holds a Confirmation Certificate for field labs, and is also a Registered
Therapy Dog (TDI) that visits regularly at nursing homes and hospitals. Jazz’s
great-grandsires were AFC, CFC, CAFC Trieven Classic Jazz and NAFC, FC, CNFC,
CAFC Piper’s Pacer. Jazz has OFA Hip certification > Good (OFA
LR-130772G26F-PI), OFA Elbow certification > Normal (OFA
LR-EL18370F26-PI) and the Eye CERF > Normal (LR-36149/2003--30).

Hunts Cali Mahogany's Blue
Cali is a
big-boned, big-chested, stocky 85-pound chocolate female. Cali's pedigree
includes the greatest chocolate lines in field trial history.
She is our chocolate female and a
daughter of FC-AFC-CFC-CAFC Barracuda Blue, MH (OFA Good).
Cuda is the only FC-AFC and high point All-Age chocolate labrador in AKC field
trial history, and all amateur handled. He was also the first and only
chocolate labrador to qualify for the National Amateur Field Trials in '96 and
'97.
Her grand-sire was
NAFC-AFC Storm’s Riptide Star (OFA-Good), and her great grandsire was CFC, CAFC
Pachanga Magnum Force (OFA-Good). It doesn’t get any
better than this in chocolate lab pedigrees. Cali’s dam, Mahogany’s Runnin’
Rascal, MH (OFA-Good), was a Master Hunter. Cali has lots of personality and
energy, and she thrives on love and attention and her time to retrieve bumpers
and birds. When she thinks she isn’t getting enough attention she barks to
let you know exactly what’s on her mind. She loves to hunt and we can’t keep her
out of the water, ice or no-ice. She is a very good marking dog and very
persistent on her retrieves. Cali has OFA Hip certification > Good (OFALR-128183G24F-PI),
OFA Elbow certification > Normal (OFA LR-EL17467F24-PI) and the Eye CERF
> Normal (LR-36148/2003--32).

Hunts
Bear Montana Blue,
JH
Bear is not big in size but he is tremendous in Heart. Talk
about retrieving desire, attitude, and willingness to please, he's the very
definition of those words. He's a super powerful, very stocky dog weighing
about 75 lbs. He lives up to his name when he's sent to retrieve.
Bear throws up dirt and rocks when he runs! He's a dog of muscle, power,
and enthusiasm. His water entry is just like his dads - all air under him
till he hits the water. He could never be in a diving competition because
his splash is way-too-big. He is our chocolate male and a son of
FC-AFC-CFC-CAFC Barracuda Blue. Cuda is the only FC-AFC
and high point All-Age chocolate labrador in AKC field trial history, and all
amateur handled. He was also the first and only chocolate labrador to
qualify for the National Amateur Field Trials in '96 and '97. OFA
Hip certification > Good (OFA LR-108119G24M-T), Eye CERF > LR-27407/2000-25. Pedigree

Jami Star-Brown,
JH
Jamie is a slender, medium sized chocolate female weighing about 70
lbs. She's a real sweetheart until you start training and then she's only
business - she doesn't need or want any attention as long as she is
retrieving. She'll go till she drops - and she's fast. Jami's dam -
Gallaghers Murphy Brown, MH is out of the great Haverhill lineage of chocolate
labs. Jami's dam was sired by FC-AFC Mad River Mishmash and her
great-grandsire was FC-AFC-CFC-CNAFC Meadow Woods Dusty Roads. Jamie's
sire is NFC-FC-AFC Storm's Riptide Star (Rascal). Rascal
is the only NFC Chocolate labrador in history, renown for high trainability,
retrieving desire, looks, temperament, and ability.
